Fully lined with  hardox 400 wear plate to  side deflectors, lower feed pan and feed plate table  pan and plate feeder table.

Feed table is supported by  heavy duty inline rollers with low maintenance sealed for life  bearings, all rollers  are fully adjustable in order to  maintain contact with the machined roller paths on the tray table at all times. 

Two 6inch bore Hydraulic rams power the feed tables forward and backwards movement, complete with  electrical  limit switches.

Feed table stroke is fully adjustable to suit  tonnage requirement and type of materials to be screened.
