Hercules Trommels are proud to announce the first ever installation of a heavy duty trommel screen into Winnipeg , Canada for Nelson River Construction.
Hercules Trommels purchased the unit from the Caribbean island of Porto Rico in November 2006, where the unit had stood for over 4 years without start up.
Upon sale of the unit to Nelson River Construction, late in November 2006 we sent a team of engineers over to completely striped down the unit, load it on to road trailers to start its long journey over sea and land to its new home in Winnipeg.
The trommel arrived at its new site in December 2006 at which point the reassembly of the unit was started by Nelsons engineers and over seen by Hercules Trommels. The unit was put back in to full production in January 2007 and is now the primary plant in their Rip Rap operations
Due to the success of the project, Nelson River Construction are now hoping to take on the dealership of Hercules Trommels screens for the Canadian market.

Two new direct drive HT232-1000TPH static trommel screens have been sold
to a new customer in Kuwait for the palm island project.
The units were sold from our UK offices and are due to be installed in mid June 2007.
1 of 2 units sold to Kuwait was shown at the 2007 Hillhead quarry and recycling show, as shown on the left.

Two new 500 TPH units have be sold to one of our existing customers in Missouri, USA.
The customer will take delivery of both units in April 2007.
Due to a joint venture between the customer and Hercules Trommels, both units will be available for rent or sale within the USA.
