All new live drive

New HT 233 -1000 TPH unit as been secured for an on going clean up operation in  Southern England, this unit will replace the one that is already in operation on this site.

The old unit has produced over 3 million tons of clean materials and is now ready to be renewed, the new unit will be custom made to suit the customer’s needs. Installation of the new Trommel is set for late June 2006 and will be designed and built at our works in the UK.

                 The unit has be fitted with our all new live drive support rollers which eliminates the use of drive chains and sprockets as previously fitted to the unit,

Installation of the unit was completed in July 2006, the Trommel is now in full Production.

Two- New HT 212-Capable  of 800 TPH units have been secured for a clean up operation in France, Europe.

The first unit was in stalled in June 2006  and is the primary screen and cleaning Trommel in a new waste  recycle station the second unit is due to be installed in  Paris, France in December 2006.

We have recently installed our new Hercules Trommel HT 182-500 TPH on a land fill site in the south of England, Great Britain.

The landfill operators, C.S.L. secures planning permissions for homes to be built on the completed landfill sites.

                 The 14 acre landfill site has been back filled over the past 15 years with over 3 million tons of demolition waste. Prior to building works, the entire site has to be excavated up to 80 feet and the waste must be recycled. It is estimated to contain 40% of concrete with lump sizes up to one cubic yard.

                 The requirement of our customer was to use his fleet of 40 ton dumpers to tip the waste into the feed hopper of our HT 182 Trommel at 500 tons per hour and be able to screen out all the clay and fines through the 3”x 3” screening apertures.  All the over sized cleaned material passes through the screening segments to the discharge end of the Trommel ready to be transported to the on site crushing and screening plants.
