42 ton feed hopper module with drop side extensions and twin hydraulic ram plate feed table.

Construction:
5/8” (15mm) Hardox steel wear plate of robust welded construction, heavily ribbed and reinforced steel sections and plates.


Hopper and Feed Module:
The feed hopper is located directly on to the rear mainframe complete with twin hydraulic rams which powers the feed tables forward and backward movements which are controlled by electrical limit switches, this ensures the smooth transistion of material from the hopper to the screening barrel.
Feed table stroke is fully adjustable to suit  tonnage requirement and type of materials to be screened.

Liner plates:
400 hardox liner plate, 5/8” (15mm) thick, is bolted to the top and sides of the feed table to stop premature wear.

Support Rollers:
Feed table is supported by heavy duty inline rollers with low maintenance sealed for life  bearings, all rollers  are fully adjustable in order to maintain contact with the machined roller paths on the tray table at all times. 

Hopper Maintanance:
For ease of service, the hopper and feed table are built as one module and can easily be disconnected from the main chasis in order to carry out maintanance.
